I can remember back as far as preschool, my favorite time of day was when I was allowed to draw, paint and create art. As I got older, this love of art haven't faded instead it got stronger, and lead me to become a professional artist and oil painting instructor.
For over a decade, I used to work with tempera and acrylics but, ever since I tried oil paints, I never turned back.
The prismatic palette I use today, was part of a more extensive palette, which originally, was taught at the Art Students League of New York, developed by Frank V. DuMond, at the turn of the century.
I'm inspired by nature and the beautiful effects of light, the way it creates mood and atmosphere all around us.
I love to share my passion for traditional art through my paintings and through the classes I teach.
